Animal Training

Often, pets are relinquished to shelters because of a behavioral issue their owners can't manage. To help keep these animals in their homes, C.A.R.E.4Paws supports low-income pet owners in Santa Barbara County by referring them to the appropriate trainer or training class, or by setting up a private session with a local trainer, depending on a pet's specific needs.
